Breaking Ranks

Just when I thought CNN didn't have a single person breaking ranks, one brave soul tells the truth. Cudo's to Campbell Brown (someone who is good at blasting John McCain, by the way) for being the only major mainstream media person to prominently remind people of Obama's lie to the American people to take public funding. Why did he lie? Because as soon as he saw that he could get 3 times as much money (where does one get $650 million dollars with the limits on giving in this country anyway?) he realized that his word is . . . well, negotiable (by the way, seen the latest? that 250k tax cut he moved down to 200k and just for tax payers --sorry most of you making around 35 grand or less, you don't pay federal taxes --I know, you'll vote thinking he's giving you free money, but he was lying. you might just want to earn your own anyway-- In any case, Joe Biden lowered the number to 150k. All of a sudden the number of people is dropping). Anyway, here's the story and we thank God that some, little glimmer, one smallest shining light of balanced reporting came from CNN for the first time this election season (if only the LA Times had a little journalistic integrity!).
